Refund policy

Most SkateHubba products are made specifically after an order is placed. For that reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or when the wrong size or color was ordered.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact jason@skatehubba.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

If the issue qualifies, we may provide a replacement or refund.
